Who Should Apply?

Minimum Qualification Required:

1. Must hold either of these AHIMA certifications - RHIA, RHIT, CCS, or CCS-P OR

2. Medical credential - MD, DO, or RN with at least two years experience in clinical documentation OR

3. Hold an associate degree or higher with coursework completed in both Medical Terminology and Anatomy & Physiology and have at least three year’s experience in clinical documentation improvement.
