Detailed Review Of Preparation
OK, so here is the deal. Having 13 years of experience in the IT industry, I wanted to check what's up with ITIL. With no intent of going deep into the weeds of ITIL, I thought to take Jason Dion's Cram to Pass ITIL exam course on Udemy. The course was fairly cheap for $10. So, that was a steal. If your aim is to just clear the exam without having to go through the details of each and every topic, I would say go for this course. At the time I took this exam, ITIL(Axelos) was still working on v4 and I believe they have made updates to their existing course structure. I am not sure if Jason made those updates to his course. But if v3 is still available, take this course. You might want to take some more sample question answers. I bought another one for this from Udemy. Overall 2 weeks and I scored 75%. Not sure if I want to do another ITIL at this time. The exam can be taken from the comfort of your home. So that is a good thing. The only thing is someone on the other side of www(internet) watches you as you take the exam. I hope this helps ITIL wannabees.
