Detailed Review Of Preparation

Hi Everyone,

I have Passed AWS Solution Architect Associate Level certification. This is my first step towards AWS.

Thanks to Stéphane Maarek. His course on AWS in Udemy(https://www.udemy.com/course/aws-certified-solutions-architect-associate-saa-c02/learn/) was extremely helpful as it covers all the topics required for the exam SAA-C01(which was about to expire on 22nd March 2020) & SAA-C02. I was trying to complete this course ASAP and give the exam soon, but due to my busy schedule I was not able to do so on time. But When I got a chance through Capgemini I utilised it and studied for approximately 2 months for around 1 hour in weekdays and 5-6 hours in weekends, I was able to complete the course. I registered for the exam in the month of March 2020, but due to the COVID19 outbreak, I was really worried that my exam might get cancelled and I won't be able to complete SAA-C01 on time and I would have to prepare again for SAA-C02. But fortunately, My exam was not cancelled and I finally gave exam on March 16th 2020. After completing my exam on March 16th, 2020, I was thinking about Solutions Architect Professional course, I was really very surprised when the notification popped up from Stephane stating ”New Course: AWS Cert. Solutions Architect Professional”. I have enrolled myself for the same. I Will continue my learning :)

I would like to mention that as we know ”Practise makes a man Perfect”, I attended all the practise test(Total 6 practise test , 65 questions each) of SAA(https://www.udemy.com/course/aws-certified-solutions-architect-associate-amazon-practice-exams-saa-c02) given by Jon Bonso. I attempted nearly 3-4 times each practise test and got good understanding of how things work because for each question the explaination demostrates why that particular option was chosen apart from others. It was really helpful to test our level of understanding. Thanks to John Bonso.

Regards,

Pallavi
