Detailed Review Of Preparation

Started this certification as part of my company's learning program. My project does not follow ITIL framework, but I was able to relate to (and respect) the responsibilities of the shared services teams - quality, production support and PMO. Would not put this on the top of my certifications list, but definitely a good read for anyone who works on maintenance and operations. Received some training materials as part of the self-study group I enrolled in, followed by going through LinkedIn learning videos and reading the ITIL Study Guide. One pass is good, especially if you are able to relate back to your work. Should be a relatively easy exam to pass.
