Vendors and companies usually fix metal plates on the assets to identify all required data of assets, after a long time of operation the plate is erased during wither conditions and age. To solve this issue and more amazing results I develop a way to insert data into the assets using the simple and cheapest method described in the following lines.

*You can collect all necessary data from the QR sticker on the Asset.

*You can send the data to others for any requests (Notes, recommendations, and so on)

*The updates are simply as changing the QR data using (*.exe) file and printing it again.

*The QR code can be colored if necessary (May be red for the firewater pump - Yellow background and black foreground for CATERPILLAR) and so on.

Can be printed on (waterproof - fireproof) stickers and put in a clear area on the Asset to avoid overheating and oil & water drops or leaks.

The main idea

The main idea of the application is to handle all important assets data and keep it in a clear area on the body of the asset to allow any labor with his only mobile device to scan the data and use it easily for example (Audit, Inspection, Maintenance, Modification, Operations) and also can pass these data to the office or to onshore engineers. There are safety critical assets that need to clear the parameters of its operation like (Pressure, temperature, size, materials …etc). All these data can be easily added to the QR code.
