Although late in the game but Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) offers tools and architecture that help enterprises seamlessly move from on premise to the cloud, leveraging improved automation and built-in security to mitigate threats, ultimately supporting superior migration and economics. At this time OCI is not directly competing with AWS or Azure but trying to distinguish itself by providing much simpler services and billing model than AWS or Azure. It goes without saying that the Oracle Autonomous Database solutions are state of the art and would other competitors a run for their money both in terms of pricing and performance. You would be surprised to hear that Oracle does have its tentacles in Microsoft Azure.
